Pittsburgh Wedding Packages for Your Special Day

We are flexible when it comes to altering any of our packages. You decide what works best for your event by viewing the information provided in this section. Once you are ready to book with Jaden’s Catering, please review the “Next Step” section at the end in order to guide you through the booking process.

Economy Wedding Package:

If you are looking for simplicity, this is the package for you!

Go to the dinner section of our menu to view our dinner menus and prices:

  • Every food item is prepared and cooked at our establishment. We then deliver the dinner package of your choice to your venue.

  • All products are served on disposable products. If you have over 50 guests, we will provide you with disposable chafing dishes at no extra cost.
  • There will be a 7% sales tax on the food and/or drinks purchased. Delivery and set up fee is calculated once we know your location, menu, and quantity of guests.
  • If you require a server, there will additional 18% server gratuity added to your total. The server will stay for a period of three hours. We reserve the right to decide the number of servers that will be provided for your event.
  • If you wish, you can add appetizers, cake, and drinks to this package. The prices can be viewed under the drink section and appetizer/bakery section in our menu/website.

Economy Wedding Package: Price starts at $12.50 per guest

Upgraded Wedding Package:

This package combines elegance with affordability.

  • Fresh Vegetable Tray with Ranch Dip
  • Deluxe American Style Cheese & Cracker Tray with Mustard Dips
  • When making your dinner selections, please view the dinner section of our menu/website.
  • The following items must be chosen from the A listing items only:
    • One Salad
      • Add $3.00 per guest for an additional salad selection
    • Two Meat Entrees
    • One Vegetable
      • Add $2.00 per guest for an additional vegetable selection
    • One Potato Dish
    • One Pasta Dish
    • Dinner Rolls & Butter
  • All Condiments are provided
  • Upgraded Disposable Mobileware (upgraded hard plastic plates, plasticware)
  • Every food item is prepared and cooked at our establishment. We then deliver your menu to your venue.

Elite Wedding Package: Price starts at $58.00 per guest

Additional Information:

  • If china service is requested with any wedding package, please add $5.00 per guest.
  • Linen Service:
    • White/ivory linens for round or long tables are $6.00 per table
    • White/ivory/colored linen napkins are $0.50 per napkin
    • White skirting are $12.50 per table
    • Please Note: the prices above are strictly the costs of the linen service. It does not include set-up. If you require our staff to set up your venue, we will provide you with a separate quote.
    • Color Linens are also available for additional cost. We can quote an exact pricing once we know your color theme.
  • We do not rent out glassware. However, we can recommend a supplier for glassware. Contact us for more information.
  • We offer other services, options, and special requests such as:
    • Food Stations
    • Chef Carving Station

      • Please Note: The deposit is non-refundable if you should cancel your event. The deposit will be deducted from your final balance.

  1. Any changes to your catering event must be made two weeks prior to your event date. Final menu details and final headcount is due 5 days prior to your event date.
  2. Final payment is due 48 hours prior to your event.
